Nike’s Air Max 1 continues to arrive in a wide variety of colors, adding to the extensive collection of standard-issue releases we’ve seen in the last few years. This week, a new pair in a muted “Light Army” green has surfaced, coming later in 2024.

Nike’s Air Max 1 has returned as a staple of Nike’s releases over the last few years, since the silhouette’s Anniversary edition released in a few colorways in 2020. Since then, the retro runner has released in dozens of interesting new styles and special-edition pairs, including some re-releases and rehashes of iconic color schemes, like the Air Max Day “Royal Blue” pair with big bubbles. This week, another in-line pair of the shoe’s standard version has surfaced, brining a new “Light Army” shade of green to the shoe’s original color blocking. The pair features a white mesh base with light grey overlays, adding the muted green tone to the shoe’s mudguards, Swooshes, and branding elements.
