Last year, Nike introduced a new member of the Vapormax family, the Moc Roam, a slipper-inspired look with a nylon upper and breathable inner bootie. Now, the silhouette is coming back with new colors in 2024, with this simple “Cool Grey” style leading the way.
The Vapormax Moc Roam from Nike first launched last Fall, bringing another new iteration to their full-length Air midsole family. The Vapormax technology originally arrived in 2017, and quickly took over Nike’s catalog, applying the unique midsole to a wide range of Swoosh silhouettes both new and old. The Moc Roam, their latest model, mixes the ambitious Air bags with a simple upper constructed from flexible nylon and synthetic mudguards running the perimeter. This week, the first new color of the silhouette since its October debut has surfaced, decking out the shoe in a “Cool Grey” palette, mixing two shades for the upper, and adding a white midsole to complete the look.

Nike’s next colorway of their Vapormax Moc Roam model has not been announced for release yet, but will arrive sometime in Summer 2024. The return of the nylon, slip-on version of the all-Air silhouette will come in a two-tone “Cool Grey” color scheme, releasing from both SNKRS and select retailers for $220.
